Lovely restaurant in garden almost on the beach. This restaurant is a bit more upmarket than some in Skala. It is situated towards the end of the beach. We ordered some bread and this was a nice assortment of different breads with olive oil and balsamic. The fresh fish is excellent and served with a small selection of nice vegetables.

My husband and I ate here several times both for lunch and evening meals during our 1 week stay in Skala. We were both impressed with the choices on the menu and the quality of the food. We did try other restaurants in Skala but they were disappointing in comparison to the food we ate at the Sunrise.
The standout dishes for me were the fish platter, the seafood risotto and the tuna tartare . I also ordered their strawberry salad with grilled sardines it was delicious.
The staff were excellent. Friendly and attentive.
